To assure that certain powerful or potentially disruptive races, templates and classes are picked for their roleplay qualities rather than the abilities they grant, we have an application requirement on them. To be even, fair and as impartial as possible in evaluating these, the applications will be handled by the
Community Council, essentially the community's own appointed representatives. We realize that we could easily end in a situation where people felt that favoritism decided who were accepted and not, so it will be of the highest priority of your Community Council to make the decision as objective and fair as possible. It's not an overly involving application form either, but just put in place to assure that there's some sort of reason and merit to usage of these certain, often exotic setups. To apply for any of these, please fill out the application form below and send it to any Community Councilor you prefer, and it will be brought before the Council as a group to evaluate.
In the event you want to apply for both a subrace and a template, you can fill out a single form for both; you should describe both the template and subrace in that case. The Community Council will approve or deny the entire application, it won't approve only one or the other.

Give a short physical description of your desired character, including a maximum of two extraordinary traits if applicable for the chosen race or template.
- Backstory:
Provide the backstory of your character. This story should be kept simple and believable for a level 2 character, detailing the events that led to an adventurous life and explaining how the character grew into the skills it will start play with.
- Belief System:
Tell us more about the mindset of your character, its beliefs and core values, religious or otherwise. Would be divine spellcasters must also confirm the identity of their patron deities or spirits, and state their chosen clerical domains if applicable.
- Adaptation:
Explain how will your character adapt to exist on Ravenloft.
- Describe in your own words the subrace and/or template you are applying for:
