Darts of Dispelling; On hit dissapointment

Apparently, the on hit function of the darts, and possibly other things, is not working. Erzse was hit with several, no DC or saves appeared on my side. So they are effectively useless

The conversation was odd but I managed to IC convince someone to be a test dummy for the darts and they all wound up not dispelling. Furthermore, another person tried to dispell using a regular dispell scroll and it was no dice either.

First one definitely did damage and tried to take off a bull's strength. Another ward was put on her and tried to dispell the ghostly visage with no success.
