Whispers and Writings in Luktar

Along the Svalich Road towards Vallaki posters appear written in Luktar
Quote
Daughters and Sons of Gundarak we have been idle too long. The Devils Dogs continue to follow his laws, his unjust laws. The laws that oppress us and make us forget that we out number them!

We can never have what was, but we can have something better. Equality. The same freedom those greedy outlanders enjoy. Weapons, rights, and we will fight for the right to own land!

Never again will we let them forget the suffering we have endured. The agony they have put us through. We deserve at least the same freedom the outlanders are afforded.

An abandoned inn with a fire that smolders, when the rider takes to the dangerous road,
that is when the calling comes to meet.

In the slums and Gundarakite centric areas, a voice whispering words of freedom and equality mentions a meeting when the deadly rider takes to the road at an abandoned inn somewhere.

More of these posters appear around Vallaki and some even reach into the sewer.

Whispers are exchanged in Vallaki, spread by word of mouth that a meeting will happen when the sickle rises in the starry sky.

((Next in game crescent moon; feel free to pm for further details))

Another set of posters begin to slowly appear throughout the town and along the Svalich Road.
Quote
What makes a Barovian Guard?

Is it their harshness? Their blind obedience? Or is it their lack of a spine?

Surely it can be all of those and more. Look at those who get promoted, those who climb the ranks. They are the cruelest, the harshest and the meanest. And the most spineless. How can a man or woman call themselves good when they do terrible deeds, that they know are wrong, in the name of a devil who oppresses.

Furthermore, see all those things the outlanders get away with? Carrying magicked weapons, slinging their dark spells, and even murder. Yes! Murder!

Corruption lurks deep within the garda, such corruption as to let a murderer walk the streets of Vallaki. What do the garda think? What could they possibly think, by letting a strange outlander get away with such a crime?

If one of us so much as struck down a person in self-defense we'd be meeting with the gallows. Yet these outlanders walk free. Begs to question who the real menace is here. Because it is certainly not the mass of Gundarakites who outnumber the spineless dogs.

Along with these fliers, a name is whispered on the wind "Blood Flower"
