Our Burgomaster, Dimitry Bochinsky, who administrates this land by the grace of Count Strahd von Zarovich, Eleventh of His Name, decrees the following;
In the next three days, he will set his men upon the task of prospecting and surveying the new valley for argentite veins and deposits.
When this is complete, the veins and deposits will be divided into a large number of silver claims. These will then be sold under the following conditions. The first man to touch the claim has first right to purchase, and he may continue in ownership as long as he continues to work and reside in Krofburg. He may sell or relinquish his claim to another for coin, but should he die or abandon it, the land will revert to the Burgomaster's ownership.
On the first day that these claims are ready, a man may only purchase one claim.
Word will be spread when the claims are ready.
