After a lengthy absence of nearly two years, a familiar face has returned to serve at The Mutinied Sailor.  The barmaid known as Chantelle Charbonneua can be found there most nights.  Her calm, warm presence seems almost out of place in the chaotic atmosphere of the run down watering hole.

It is rumored that a black market fence has been making regular visits to the Mutinied Sailor for the purpose of doing business; a woman typically clad in black leather that fits the kind of profile expected of a member of the underground. Word is that she might be looking to meet the proprietor.

[Fight Club]

[Discrete inquiries and hushed rumors are made seeking possible interest in a fight club to be held in the Mutinied Sailor, as well as the prospect for would-be fighters among working-class individuals, or otherwise, to be paid in solars, win or lose.  Likewise, inquiries are made into potential sponsors for such events among those who have both clout and the solars for such endeavors.  Parties are asked to respond with one simple rule: "Gendarme need not apply."]
