Cloudy With A Chance Of Glitches

I was minding my own business in the Citadel, with two other people and I hear what sounded like someone attacking a door and that message popping up. Neither of the other two saw it.

I talked to cloud's player, and they said they weren't in the citadel but were attacking a tree or a werewolf when it occurred.

Also Cloud was on the of my player list at the time it occurred, so they had logged in directly before I did uncertain if that led to the glitch.

I will definitely say at this time I was near the fishing lodge area and I was either killing deer for antlers, fighting a werewolf, or cutting down a tree. I don't think I have heard of this glitch before.
