Port - Jewelry/Gem Shop
« on: October 02, 2016, 03:45:44 AM »
Because the server is a rp oriented server that often deals with romance, or those wanting to accurately represent as many details on their char as possible. Could either a bunch of the currently absent jewelry options be added to the store for sale.

Or rather then a bunch of random items for like more door knobs and horseshoes. Could more cheap jewelry added in a bunch of new appearances?

Only suggesting such because my Garda char wanted to buy a few gifts but all i could find was the either supper common stuff that drops in mass like copper necklaces, pheonix necklaces, copper rings, silver rings, snake rings, laughing imp rings, etc. Thats going by non magic wares.

But even when i went to port to check the specialty shop there were only a very small selection of options. Even fewer at a cost for most who might walk in. Not suggesting a ton of stuff be added for just 1gp and the like. But alot more stuff between like 100gp - 2k would be really nice for rp, even if its just loot stuff and not sold in the store its self.

I went to check and that store sells well over 100 items, most under Jewelry and Miscellaneous. I think that's a pretty large selection.

While i was there, he only sold about 6-8 necklaces and about the same in rings. Four of the necklaces were like 6k, 10k, 20k, and 30k.

The suggestion was more specific to necklaces/rings :3 But yes iv checked the misc tab. Which is mostly gems which also tend to drop alot all over. Specially the low value ones. Along with a few of the misc items them self like the cloak pin, fancy door knocker thing. The misc tab does have alot, but the actual jewelry options are really limited for what iv seen possible :3 But if the view is still the same, i suppose if there was something i really wanted for a rp item i could just make a request to try and get that specifically made for my rp. I just though it would be of more use to more people if there were more actual non magic, non stat type options to make use of as needed.

Being what the shop is, i thought it would make the most sense for such to be added there since they have all these different types of gems and the sort of culture there. But the options tend to be rather the same and cover the same small selection of gems.

If you want to prepare a list of items to add, I can add them. I'd need you to provide the name, description and appearance to use.
