So I have a rig that should be able to run this game at the highest quality, yet even with the settings on low, it still lags. Is this a compatibility issue? It should not be there. Maybe the game cant handle the resolution I have it set to? Any advice?

Do you mean the game stutters on your screen?  Lag refers more to your internet connection and the ability of your PC to run the game at high quality settings won't effect your connection.

Kinda stutters. It might be my settings, or something in my dikes, not sure.
