The battle of Deganwy

It appears something is wrong with Deganwy, i had the chance to witness an epical fight between Lorelei some coshees and feu folets today.

I have noticed all the elf mages and creatures in Deggnwy have been going spell crazy for no reason that I know of. I am not sure if this is related but it has been happening quite often.

It's not just deganwy, npcs all over are fighting each other on occasion. Ice palace being another place.
