Great Cleave vs unconcious chars

So, I got Ko'd by a werewolf lord, it immediately followed up with a great cleave on my unconscious body rather than targeting the other combatant. Is this normal?

This is fairly common when the creature has more than one attack in a flurry, yeah. It applies to PCs as well; you'll find if your PC has Cleave / Great Cleave and it triggers on the first attack of a flurry, it'll go to waste attacking the same monster.
