- updated the Community Council roster following recent elections.

Area, Item and NPC changes:

- Added oxen merchants to several new locations in Barovia.

- Changed the Passe-Partout sold in the Port-à-Lucine Black Market to thieves' tools.

- Moved placeables that restricted access to the Wagner Silver Mines treasure.

- Fixed an issue with the Naillait dungeon spawns.

- Fixed minor issues and typos.

Scripting and System changes:

- Started gradually implementing skin/hair color restrictions by race/subrace/template (half-drow, drow, blooded one for now).

- Added new rental placeable commands: @spawn set <useable/unusable/plot/name/desc>. Name & Desc both open the writing window. Use @spawn help for details.

- Using @spawn commands on self now targets the last stored target location/object (picked with @spawn or with the Pick Target feat). 

- Added Warlock invocations to the list of spells that can be breached.

- Using waterskins on ponds and streams now refills them.

- Using Examine now indicates the type of armor a character is wearing.

- Toned down Bard and Curse Song modifiers when the PC's level exceeds 20 because of Muses.

- Quills can no longer be used on rental placeables (use new @spawn set name/desc commands).

- Fixed the issue that prevented copying text with Amanuensis.

- Fixed minor issues with Stone to Flesh and Cast in Stone.

- Added a new dungeon in Dementlieu: the cursed isle of Tejeda.

- Added dynamic noticeboards to Hazlan and the Keep of the Dyad.

- Retroactively lowered the weight of Carpenter's Portable Kits.

- Added a trading table near Petre.

- Moved trash cans away from Vistani merchants.

- Toned down the frequency of tremors in Dvergeheim's areas.

- Fixed the issue which limited access to Houlgraves' at night.

- Fixed the trap door in the Vallaki Hospice.

Scripting and System changes:

- Implemented color restrictions to: Arctic Dwarf, Cerilian Dwarf, Duergar, Fire Gnome, Frost Dwarf, Howling One, Lerara, Umbragen, Wild Gnome and Xakhun.

- Falling unconscious should now break stealth automatically.

- Removed the location reset feature from Dwarven Defender's Defensive Stance.

- Wondrous Mirrors now support horn and eye modifications for planetouched/feytouched characters (must correspond to the application).

- Removed the *burb* message when drinking alcohol.
