Area, Item and NPC changes:

- Added leather gloves templates to the leatherworking crafting stores.

- Reworked and improved several elements pertaining to the gendarmes in Port-à-Lucine.

- Reworked several minor areas around Vallaki.

- Added loot to generic bandit NPCs.

Scripting and System changes:

- Slightly improved NPC reaction on failing morale.

- Fixed an issue that would sometimes make corpses be generated in the Near Ethereal upon death.

- Fixed an error that made a certain herb not spawn.

- Made it possible to bind an enchanted item to a new PC at the expense of the same XP cost and materials.

- Added portal to the Community Council election voting booth.

- Added patterns for gloves to the crafting stores.

Scripting and System changes:

- Fixed the relevel crystal.

- Fixed a bug that prevented binding an enchanted item to another character.

- Prevented guards from accidently "jailing" themselves.

- Made it mandatory for clerics to specify a deity (using the @deity command) by level 3.

- Reduced the impact of sudden shifts in time.

- Updated potion crafting DCs to be better balanced.

- Prevented PC corpses from occasionally spawning in the Near Ethereal.

- Fixed a glitch with traps randomly firing.

- Made NPCs tolerant to more appearance types.

- Fixed an exploit that'd let people rest when enemies are nearby using a bedroll.

- Fixed issues with the walk mode feat.

- Made NPCs no longer react to using the Empty Body monk special ability.

- Fixed issue that made people teleport to the other end of an area upon entry.

Area, Item and NPC changes:

- Fixed error where hostile creatures could enter the Mist Camp and kill the Vistani Captain.

- Added crafting templates for all CEP weapons except Mercurial Greatsword/Longsword.

- Added new containers to carry ore, wood and pelts for crafting trades.

- Revamped the Museum of Port-à-Lucine.

- Doubled the number of crafting stations in the Mist Camp's crafters tent.

Scripting and System changes:

- Fixed issues with the Fireball spell's delays.

- Fixed an issue with Curse Song's damage output when used with Subsonics.

- Added support for Take 20 when bashing doors outside of combat.

- Made placeable item containers (ie. chest, picnic basket) openable via a conversation option.

- Added '@walk normal' to make the character walk at a normal speed (used for monks and other classes/races with faster movement speed)

- Fixed errors with specific delivery quest items not having the right weight.

- Fixed an exploit where campfires could be used to pass locked doors.

- Fixed bugs with the Miner's Sack and updated the Miner's Sack and Trapper's Pack to accept ingots and leather patches respectively.

- Updated dozens of subraces to more appropriately reflect their PnP statistics.

- Enabled Greater Weapon Focus and Greater Weapon Specialization feats for all supported weapons.

- Added crowbars to various shops in Dementlieu.

- Fixed issues with the Yell command and with NPCs in the Miner's Merriment

Scripting and System changes:

- Revised the player-initiated reset system in the following ways: cooldown of 60 minutes between reset votes, more frequent reminders that a vote is on-going and a requirement for an absolute majority to reset the server

- Changed it so bonus skill points granted via subraces, MPC templates, custom feats, powers checks and prestige classes no longer count towards the 50 points cap.

- Added support for new Dragonlance subrace: Afflicted Kender

- Added function to burn books, scrolls and other pieces of paper using a Flint and Steel item

- Fixed various other minor issues.

- Added another new dungeon near Berez. Corrected minor issues with the other new dungeons near Berez and Wachter Province.

- Revamped Dvergeheim using a new tileset following recent IC events.

- Increased damage of crafted traps, decreased their weight and adjusted trap size by trap type (advanced or not).

Scripting and System changes:

- Revised the way the Relevel Crystal work so that players have a month after their first relevel to use all five uses.

- Added two new backgrounds for Disguise.

- Optimized Back to the Wall so it fires in the next round when in combat.

- Revised names of dyes generated via conversations to match those on the palette.

- Made it impossible for MPCs to control other MPCs summons.

- Fixed issues with Swim like a Fish and Water Breathing.

- Fixed a crash caused when the OOC PC Data Object was dropped.

- Fixed an exploit with releveling at level 2 and 3.

- Fixed an issue where some CEP weapons were not considered as weapons or melee weapons for many systems.
