- Added more treasure to many areas that were under-rewarding compared to the challenge.

- Made a lot more creatures drop items.

- Added more diverse creatures within encounters to pose a better challenge.

- Revised some creatures abilities and feats to make them pose a better challenge.

- Added a weather control mechanism for DMs (in the main control room.)

Scripting and System changes:

- Made systems for the weather control mechanism and tweaked weather generation some.
