Enchanted thick chintin full armor

I have enchanted few armor on different characters, after this update with enchanted armor i have been thinking is Thick Chintin Troll Lining only +2 AC ? or is oversight by Dev ? One of my character have this,but while all my other enchanted thick chintin are +3 AC though it is dire croc lining. But if i remember correctly the XP at that time were the same when enchanted it.

The ancient dire crocodile is why. Otherwise the armor's bonus is +1 versus only two of the three physical types. Ancient dire crocodile happens to add +1 versus the third.
