Characters blocked

Hello, i tried to loggin, he asked me to enter my @login wich i have done. It was successful, but still the server didnt do the update and i cannot move my caracter.

At first, i entered with a different CD key, so i changed it with the original one,but still cannot make my characters move.

Can you help me Fix it ?

Did you try logging out and in after authenticating your character? Sometimes that'll fix things.

Yep i tried, but doesnt work. The only thing i noticed, is that another of my characters who is older as them, did move when i used the proper CD key, but for the others wich who i used the different CD key on the first login, no changes.
