Vampire's sudden death

Something wrong happened to a MPC char Sebastian Du Valle (he's a vampire) while he was interacting with my character - Vedana.
Sebastian used a Dominate (perhaps, Vampire ability) spell on Vedana. After that spell Vedana started to use an Aura feat. I don't know what's this feat is, but she casted it for about 30-40 times and I had no ability to prevent it. After Sebastian steped closer to Vedana he was burned to death.
What was that? Logs in the attached screenshots.

Not sure how it happened. We've other screenshots, but yes, it was defintely a feat and not a spell.
Shout out to Pike, Vedana and Arawn for being helpful and understanding chaps and fixing this spot of bother. Faith in humanity was heartily restored!

Happened during the dominate. Never seen that before either, I must admit. I kicked them right away but I was left rather puzzled.

Definitely strange.... could it be someone invisible cast a spell on the character?
