Spell Focus for Blackguards/Assassins?

I was wondering if this would be possible to code.

As far as I'm aware this is simple .2da manipulation and maybe some other minor things. Though realistically it wouldn't even be worth wasting the feats in my opinion, since both classes are kind of feat tight as it is. Would be interesting to see, regardless.

He's asking for spell foci to be available to Blackguards and Assassins for their spells with saving throws (for increased saving throws).

I think it needs an hak update. Which means that every player has to download the updates. This isn't usually done particularly often.
