There are rumors of a brutal attack upon two young domnas by some sort of monster. The attack was brutal and it seems that that it left a good amount of blood in the viewing room. The two domnas were seen being escorted out of the inn towards the Broken Bell Inn shortly afterwords.

Word of a man from Zeidenburg, some say no other than Vasil Stravokov, the infamous father of the thrice-damned vrolok, the loathsome Vincent Stravokov is currently residing at the Blue Water inn, to the disdain of many patrons. Mentions of him conducting searches for his son find ears that prefer not not hear of the despicable wretch. Some say there is a coordinated effort between the patriarch and the guard to find the despicable accursed imortij witch, and make it pay for its crimes...

One of the leaders of Les Chats Noirs has been seen lately residing steadily at the Blue Water Inn. Some say she is in Vallaki for some business, others to hire new actors. As a matter of fact, her black eyes seem to open more, her pale compexion contrasting with them, when she overhears some few key-words. Keywords related to the very last rumours about the same Inn.

It seems that a few members of the Church of Ezra have been spending time at the Blue Water Inn lately.

Again, a scene of tragedy and senseless violence. Two bombs exploded in the expensive up stair suites of the prestigious Blue Water Inn.
A nobleman and his wife died. As well and a traveling merchant and his son. The Vallaki Guard is currently investigating this despicable act of terror.

A pair of new face's have appeared in the Blue Water Inn, a foreigner, a man from a Port named that of Lucine. He walks with a personal man servant, quite a peculiar sight. Chattering in they're own tongue yet ever pleasant to the local aristocracy, yet as they are frequently bought drinks they felt looked down upon.

Ill rumours have already begun, that the man speaks fondly of his Family yet non of its members have seen, the curtains mostly closed in their Holiday Home.

The onslaught of rumours spreads threw the Blue Bloods tavern like a rash, the Garda standing guard within the Inn feeling the eyes and pressure upon them.
Finger pointing, the 'slagging' of local authorities continue'ing, worry seems etched upon the women of nobility after the murder and dissapearances of two women from the upper town.

After a second attack on the Blue Water, the doors both inside and out were lined with Garlic with a cautionary note to the inhabitants to keep the garlic in place, or vrolock will continue to hunt them

After a year long absence Ruxandra Stanga is seen once again returning to the Bluewater Inn.  Trunks of clothing, jewelry, and art supplies are carried upstairs and placed in one of the inn rooms.  Some of the noble's whisper that Domna Stanga has suffered yet -another- failed engagement and has fled the Port to avoid the scandal.  Others say she is in town for business.  Whatever the reason, most believe that wherever Ruxandra goes, scandal will always follow.

Just as predicted by man, it has proven true that wherever Ruxandra Stanga goes, scandal will soon follow.  The young woman was seen in the sitting room of the Bluewater conversing with a group of friends when a local man by the name of Petru Costache approached.  What started off as a casual conversation soon turned into what seemed to be a proposition of marriage.  After quickly denying the man a heated argument ensued for all to see.  Ruxandra was accused of being a whore and there were words spoken of past failed relationships.  She was seen storming off to her room in a fit of rage but only to later return and make a few inquiries of a local artist by the name of Sergei.

High ranked members of the Krezk guard are said to be staying at the famous inn. Their host: A Lieutenant of the Vallaki guard - all these people were seen conversing with local nobles, of note, Ruxandra Stanga and Zavier von Servovich - about all and nothing - of note; a tense moment between both leaders. Rumors of diplomatic efforts being carried on; their purpose remain unknown.

Rumors spread like wildfire of a rat neuri attack that happened to befall the Bluewater Inn.  It is said that a member of the Vardo is to thank for saving the patrons from the terrible beast.  Nobles appear concerned, unsure of how such a creature came to make it's way inside of the establishment.  It is said that numerous individuals were injured during the attack, and one or two killed by the creature.

Moreso the noted Romulich employee Carmilla Lazarovici was heard screaming upstairs as the rat neuri shredded her skin apart. The slum rat Serafim Ianescu and the Gundarakite Elfric Gotz were seen patching her up and offering comfort, before leaving the inn in the early morning hours.

the profound Merchant Noble Zavier von Servovich was seen arguing with Elfric Gotz openly and in hushed voices at times. the words "Rebel" and "Gundarakite" escape Zavier's lips as the local patrons observe the two men exchange a battle of words, unable to contain the sensitive nature of the fiery topic. Gotz is seen leaving the establishment soon after.

The patron Whisper and gossip about the young noble and his recent launch of his local business. outlanders and barovians alike are observed heading to and from the second floor daily...

many are seen enjoying each others company on the second floor of the blue water inn. Towards the end of the night a scream is heard, rumors begin to circulate of yet another attack laid on the establishment by the Legions of Old Night. "the Black Fey Vrolok" is whispered among the patrons as the gossip spreads like Wildfire in the following days...

A new lady has arrived in the Blue Water, coming in rather late one evening, cold, tired but seemed friendly enough as she gave a bottle of elven wine to a couple in the upstairs room. Gossiping and speaking with them for the rest of the night until bedtime. Presented herself as one Desdemona Felatha of the Le Chat Noir.

A retired Colonel of the Barovian Army is staying at the famous Blue Water Inn. The old soldier is popular amongst the patriotic clientele. He recounts tales of heroic battles during his time in the annex of Gundarak. Ionel Petrescu is becoming a popular figure amongst the privileged of the Blue Water Inn.

Miss Desdemona Felathas time in Barovia is coming to an end for this time but she growned interested in the retired military man. She leaves a note by the entry, that she would love to get to know this man and that she is a Chat Noir member and a opportunist trader by trade, living in Port a Lucine but visiting Barovia from now, on a regular notice. Wanting to tie contacts and gain friends in this mystical land

Murder is on the lips of numerous residents throughout Vallaki, namely those who reside in the Nobles District.  Word spreads like wildfire that the shady dealer of goods, Gavril Lanovich, was killed in his home.  The gossipers say that the man was found in his bedroom by his young wife, laying in a pool of blood and covered in multiple stab wounds.

Murder has occurred outside the popular tavern. The retired Barovian Army Colonel, Ionel Petrescu was found dead this morning. No obvious signs of a struggle. The elite clienteel of the Blue Water Tavern will miss his war stories and late night drinking bouts. The ownership of the Tavern will miss his free flowing and endless coin.
