Any way to view in game biographies?

I had to recreate my character and want to use the biography I had written on my last char but can't find a way to view it?

Assign examine to your quickbar then use it on yourself.

Also, players wishing to update their bio can do so using the commands "@description" and "@description add".
Use | for line breaks.

I always forget if its @add desctiption or @description add lol thanks for the reminder
