We are currently in the process of updating our haks and tlk. The main purpose is to convert to the CEP 2.61, but since we are editing them and will require people to download files anyway, it's also a welcome opportunity to add new content. We already have some plans in that regard, but we also want to invite you to come with some suggestions.

In principle, you are free to suggest anything you'd like, but due to time constraints (and our tight quality control), what we are looking for is only the minor stuff, such as new clothing appearances, items etc. It is unlikely that we'll add suggested tilesets, music, system overhauls or expansion (like the PRC), etc.

Also, make sure that the content you suggest is not in the CEP 2.61, and that you can link to an upload page of the file where permission to redistribution and use is (explicitly or tacitly) given by the original author.

Finally, we would also like some suggestions for new loadscreen hints. Use the topic here: http://www.nwnravenloft.com/forum/index.php?topic=41243.0

It's really just the CEP 2.61 at this point, except for our own additions.

Is there going to be Custom Content Challenge stuff going to be included? Some of the new holdables look realy nice aswell as things from earlier months. There was even a ravenloft month a year ago

Sorry, more specifically, where can we find a list of all the content which is in 2.61? I can only find 'partial features'. :)

Righto! And I edited your quote thing to fix it, removed the first [/] from your quote, as that means endquote, so the syntax was confused.
In future, just type [ quote ] example [ /quote ] without the spaces.

Don't mean to be a douche, but why not update to CEP 2.61? It is because of the hassle to update the server's custom haks? Well, I personally would be more pleased with an updated CEP than with new domains for example.

We could totally use an update in male heads. (probably girls too) but also definitely halfling options as well. Does anyone have any good links to some awesome heads? I know Miuo did for a while, right?

I could actually do some resizing if i knew for sure they would be getting added, iv a female halfling head and a female elf head which i can offer atm. As well as a set of new halfling female hands and feet. And some helms i suggested for ever ago. But head wise, i can basically scale any head option for any race. At least mostly so, iv noticed with some that they come out just a touch small or a touch big. But i think that has to do more so with the size of the original head. But if we get the all clear for heads being added i will happily resize desired options for other races.

This is a suggestion for a minor pseudo-crafting feature:

A player recently told me they thought maybe if they put painting brushes, a palette, and an easel together, they could make paintings. I thought that was a rather intuitive thought, and now I wonder if we could implement a counterpart to the writing system that allows us to @paint on canvases or some similar item, creating a "Painting" whose appearance is, naturally, the @painted description written by the player. I don't see any need to make those Paintings sell for more than 1g at any vendor, but I can imagine what a surprisingly large amount of RP and fun it would generate.

So, maybe make "Paintbrushes" equivalent to a Quill and a "Blank Canvas" or somesuch equivalent to a Blank Piece of Paper?

^-- Oh yes, that was how the idea came about. The items existed, but in an inert form. One of my characters got a Paintbrushes souvenir for a friend, and, well, that friend had the right idea.

To have some use for painting gear would be nice! My poor hin can barely pick up anything, but carries 20lbs of art gear just because she paints a lot ICly!

Heck, maybe something could be used in combination with dyes or herbs coupled with the perform skill/cha checks/influence (to keep it class neutral) just to make it not an easy money making machine, or just have the end-result be a useless painting to the Vistani.

I'd love to see some new hat gear out there, in the form of cloak appearance items, such as what we have for the musketeer/fop-like hat that is often worn by players in Dementlieu. Some variations would be nice, if they still exist. Everyone wearing the same fancy hat after a while kinda gets old! I believe I saw some things like this on the nwn vault back in the old days.

I was looking for head models for my previous suggestion, and I stumbled across this beauty. Alien heads - now wouldn't these make fantastic horrors?

I also found this. It's suggestion though - it greatly improves the quality of the phenotypes to look a bit more updated.

There's also this for human heads. Some of them we already have, but there's some gems in there that we don't. Like the guy in the hat, the guy in the beanie, and the arabian lookin' dude.

Those look incredible. Reading the site, seems the owner is unaware of how to use haks in the patch folder. I wouldn't take the override method he recommends, for there is a very safe alternative.

Im not sure if this is the best script to use but limited life torches would be awesome. There are so many ways of using light sources and it seems to me that torches that last forever and don't run out just seems too vanilla and single player. This is a link to one that does not use Module/Area Heartbeat, so it might be a good one to use.
