An elf called Dante Farblake may have those blades which you seek. Should you want to find him, he is often found at Mist Camp, wearing dark leather armors of green and black I believe and a dark hood and cloak. He speaks with a sailor's jargon and is often in the company of his woman Natalie, a striking blond woman who is known to wear the colors white and red quite often, including a cloak and hood.
