Pick target feat

Not sure if this is the right place to put this, but here goes.

How do you use this feat for instance marking bags and such... Me and DM Arawn were looking for it today and I could not find it under special abilities. T

This came up a long time ago, I think they still have not gotten around to implementing the full feature yet. The passive feat is only half of it I think.
I believe there is also supposed to be some kind of feat that you can put on your actionbar or an action that you can select through the radial menu.

Yeah I asked about this a while back, pretty sure the feat won't be added till the next hak update
