New Custom PC Soundset

I've recently added my own custom soundset to the game without replacing or overriding an existing one, along with a new Dialog entry in Dialog.tlk and I've run into a really weird problem with it. When in the character creation menu, I select my custom soundset, pressing it to test the sounds and I hear them working correctly and perfectly. However, as soon as I log into the actual game, and press to activate them, I hear nothing...What am I doing wrong?

Our server has its own .tlk needed to run that is overriding your custom one.

Also, you really shouldn't muck around with the dialog.tlk. It can mess up your game.

I'm asking in general, not specifically for the server, and as far as the .tlk I didn't delete or mess with anything that was already present, I just added a new entry in it.

It's still a very bad idea to touch that file. You should make a custom .tlk file instead.

Ok Im glad you said something. Do you think this might be why it's not working properly?

Probably. Are you putting these custom files in the override folder?

Yes, and the soundset shows up in the character creation menu, and when I click I can hear it perfectly, it just doesn't work when I load into the game....
