Leatherworking in Degannwy?
« on: December 20, 2014, 02:19:53 PM »
So, Degannwy has woodworking, carpentry and tailoring stations, but nothing for leather-working.

I think all the other crafts have a station that people with high OCR/outcasts can use, or those wishing to avoid human settlements in general. Could we please have a leather-working station placed here? If not there, I'd suggest perhaps next to Llewellyn's (the healer with a cauldron on the docks)?

Thanks for reading!

Damn you beat me too it!

I agree with with this. I can't enter towns or buy things like bee-wax without them running away flailing for their lives.
Would only make sense for them to have these tools :)

Dude, I would LOVE that. As my main character avoids cities at all costs (I've actually managed to not enter Vallaki once in the almost 4 years I've played Kith), I currently either walk to Krofburg or VoB to do my leather-working.  Plus, from an IC point of view, a leather-work station is almost expected of a small camp of elves who live off the land.

Is there a place for alchemy craft for high ocr people? I know brewing can be done in the Drain.

Just the Mist Camp, I've found.

You can use the wizard tower on Mt Baratok

You can use the wizard tower on Mt Baratok
Then you got the alchemist in Port-a-Lucine.

Sure, but this discussion is about Barovia and for low-level characters.

I think there is an alchemy lab in the basement of the abandoned fishing house too, but no bottles or the stoppers. It might not be  a bad idea if a few of the garbage piles or empty chests have a few in them for just such things.
