Examine Feat addition - Stealth mode detection

Yes. You can detect others' stealth or detect mode with the examine feat. That's the extent of it as far as I know.

Question though, as I haven't come across it yet. I know it tells you "this person seems alert" and "this person appears be trying to avoid detection" (or something to that effect)... does it actually tell you if they are invisible, or will it just show up as they're being stealthy?

Don't know. Someone could try it IG and tell us.
