I got the patch, I just accidentally replaced those listed files when trying to reinstall different mod. Those files were there in separate pack on nwvault, probably for people with same problem as me :laugh: but it went down. If Potm does not use modified dialog.tlk and any of those 2da files then I'm actually fine and this topic can be closed/removed.
