NCW Character reset tool questions

Wanted to raise some questions regarding the NCW tool that lets you take an active character and reset them for NCW.

- I assume it will be available?
- Does it reset your Factions? I've had an Ezrite Anchorite approved for NCW who went through to the world; will it be fine to set up his Factions before I reset him or should I wait till afterwards?
- I assume it also resets equipment to the starting gold?

Faction settings are not reset with the tool, only XP, level, equipment and gold.
