New dungeon for Wachter Lands

So, there's a large forest devoid of life that eventually connects to the Sullen Wood.  Nothing is there, save a shrine to an evil god.

I think a dungeon can be placed there, somewhere.  What, I don't know, but as it stands the area has little use in the module.
