Currently, Shifters are unable to merge bracers/gloves into shifted forms. I'm not sure if it's possible to change that, but if so – would there be any possibility of allowing this item slot to merge?
I've primarily noticed this as an issue lately because of the increased fear DC's for a lot of the undead auras. Without Mind Blank or a similar spell, it was possible at DC 16 to sacrifice AC/other saves/etc and use items to increase will/fear saves to a point where these areas were manageable. At DC 21, even with a fairly high Wisdom score, you tend to fall short.
Other classes have access to the Bracelets of Magic Resistance to overcome this, so I was hoping Shifters might be able to take advantage of that item as well! : )
