Von Zeklos Keep - Dire need of an update

So, Von Zeklos Keep.  Home of the Fourth Sect of Ezra in Barovia.  Currently, the keep can be accessed by anyone, and the NPCs just let everyone in because they are both not faction NPCs, nor is the Keep labeled a faction only zone.

What Von Zeklos Keep needs dearly, at this time, is:

1) Ezrite faction status for our Templar NPCs.

2) Faction only areas.

3) A repaired gate.

4) Non-bashable doors (big must, players are actually bashing our doors and ignoring NPCs.)

5) Various other bug issues in the region that cause crashes when graphics are turned up, similar to Mount Baratak's bugs.

Annexed it, so the land isn't owned by the fourth sect anywho due to Strahd.

False to the first part.  It was purified by the Bastion and the Praesidius.  Everything except the crypt and swamp was purified.

The Wachters have allowed us lease of Zeklos Keep, just as Ionelus allows the Ezrites lease of that Cathedral property.

I don't really care for an outstanding overhaul at the moment. But could the minimum be that someone, anyone, got into the toolset and lock our chapel door? Secondarily while someone is there, put the templars into the ezrite faction.

That's really all we need atm.
