A Pleading Word!
« on: November 06, 2013, 08:01:55 AM »
[The letters are written on parchment; they are placed on trees by an arrow, and on the Notice Board outside Vallaki]

Flee Vallaki with dignity and peace while it is with you.

Outlanders of Barovia, the City of Vallaki is throwing the old and the young, its own people, off the walls. They hang innocents where they may be grabbed. They beat those for example of their brutality and seriousness. They closed off entrance to Vallaki in martial law. Flee Vallaki as it crumbles while you still have your lives.

[Letters appear around Vallaki and the Luna River. placed by arrow on trees and wooden posts.]

It is futile for anyone to picks sides in this crisis. Whether you assist the Watchers, or fight against the men of Vallaki, in the end the Count's will is still being done. The options you have before you, if you don't want to throw away your lives, is to either submit to the Count or leave Barovia.

Again, lifting sword, shield, and bow against the Count and his people is futile. If you seek an end to this conflict, or peace find me.
