Recently rolled up a Runt Caliban and noticed that with the phenotype change to a smaller body, I actually received the small size category penalties of reduced unarmed damage, no using large weapons etc.
I can't seem to get a solid answer on this, so the question is; should Runt Caliban also be getting the Small Stature bonuses of +1 to attack rolls and AC, +4 to hide, move silently, spot and listen?
Also unsure if this would go here, or in bug reports. If so, feel free to shift it.
