Leatherworking for outcasts in Vallaki vicinity

Hey. Is there a place near Vallaki where outcasts can do leather crafting unharrassed? The only leathercrafting station available to them in the whole module is in Port-a-Lucine, as far as I know. Would be nice not having to go all the way there when in that area.

Not that I know of. I've been asking to get one either in the Drain or at least Degannwy for awhile now.
