Game crashing when booting from NWMain

So I cant seem to get in if I boot the game from nwmain...

This is a new problem as of this week.

It tells me that it has stopped working.

running my machine on win 7

That's how you normally boot? I boot from just nwn, but that's on Linux. Not sure about Windows.

Happens to me all the time too, make sure youre running in compatibility mode for win xp sp3, Win 7 just hates NWN for some reason... Even with compatibility on itll crash now and then, just reopen it, I find it helps not to click anything untill it loads up the videos for nwn either.

For myself, NWN often crashes on startup, but I just start it up again until it goes into the main menu.
