Ghost - Exhaustion

Can ghosts please get a strength buff, seems a bit over looked that ghosts are able to become encumbered or massively exhausted. . .

When encumbered you are exhausted much more quickly though. Even just walking while encumbered will make you exhausted. So as a ghost, just walking with being encumbered you rapidly become exhausted and then heavily exhausted to the point your moving at like 1% of walking speed.

Swear snails could pass you at this pace :3
