Faction Friend + High OCR

Toggling someone to Faction friend doesn't override a high outcast rating; which unfortunately makes things very difficult for a garda to escort a criminal /w OCR to the citadel.

Well at least when they get Roberts to the Citadel he'll only be mostly dead...

Well at least when they get Roberts to the Citadel he'll only be mostly dead...

Only if he doesn't encounter rodents of unusual size on the way...

Seriously though, this is an issue that needs to belt with, otherwise the only way to bring someone with high OCR in will be as a corpse.
