problem with 195b hak and i am a tech moron

ok i hope someone can help my no tech skill arse.  I just downloaded the new nak 195b.  extracted it to my nwn hak and tak folders.  i then went to log on and all my text boxes where blank.  nothing in log on or cancel or any other text box as i logged on.   i  got on though remembering what each box should say.  Logged on no problem but all stats on char sheet are blank.  When i opened spell book showed icon for each spell but no name or discri  all boxes are blank.  What did i do wrong and how can i fix it.

ok maybe this will help find answer when i open my action tab under char sheet [only icon there description text box is blank when i click on it]  it list each action 1-7 followed by <UNRECOGNIZED TOKEN>

Hmm, if in doubt, it's probably best to do a complete re-install...

Make sure you have the game set to English. Inn game options.

It sounds like your standard dialog.tlk (which is different than our custom ravenloft.tlk and ravenloft195.tlk) is messed up. Try running the nwn critical rebuild: http://nwvault.ign.com/View.php?view=Other.Detail&id=1505

Based on your writing here, I'm going to have a rough guess that you may not have capitalised properly.
It counts it as two different account if you either capitalise the first letter or forget to use a capital letter.

The result is that you end up with an empty character screen, since you've logged into a blank account.
