Name: Nimira Davenport
Relation to PC: Mother
Location: Village of Barovia
Description: Mother of one and widow, Nimira, once by the maiden name of Nimira Antonova, was considered to be the most typical sight within the worn village- A quiet young woman of a large family, many of them dying within their older years and leaving her working intensely as a barmaid within the Blood of Vine. However as humble of an existence that may have been, she came to love an Outlander man- Despite their initial wariness, he gave her warmth, coin, and genuine interest. This man, of both orange hair and strange accent, ended up being the father of Razgriz himself, James Davenport, before he inevitably passed. An adventurer of his kind had his days limited, but not before he established a decent, quiet home with his newfound wife and had his son. Nimira had long lectured and was quite wary of having a child, and was even more so when Razgriz had retained the Outlander's strange abilities and even worse, innate sorcery. She hid it away as best as she could, and was even somewhat cruel to the boy, but it wasn't in her nature to be so; She often apologized and was just simply worried of losing what they had to childish mistakes.
When James had finally died within an adventuring incident, it not only left her without a father for her child, but without balance to her life- No outside influence, and slowly seeping back into the general superstition of the common Barovian way. Emotionally, she was torn, mentally, she was even further worn down by the trials that life had pushed her- No family outside of her son, half-Outlander, looking far too much like his father. As she grew in age, her mind begun to fray, and more early than expected in her older years had she begun to lose her memory, which is roughly when Razgriz had left the village to begin his own adventuring-- At her great disapproval, as well, but he did not mind. He still takes time to visit the shrewd, smaller Barovian woman of stark black hair and tired eyes, half his height, but each time must remind her of so many things due to her memory loss. It breaks his heart, but he still returns to give her coin, food, and small talk despite her awful words about adventuring and his Outlander tendencies. It is still his mother, after all...
