CEP 2.4a Download

So I'm on NWVault and for some reason it is not allowing me to download the CEP 2.4a file. I'm using google Chrome and it usually just pops the download on the bottom, notifying me of the progress, but all I see is the page loading, as if searching for something.

Is anyone else running into the same problem? I've tried using Firefox, but I run into the same problem as well.

Any help would be appreciated.

Edit: I also tried turning off my firewall to see if that may work, to no avail.

Hmm, it seems the NWVault was merely overloaded, since a quick refresh a couple hours later, and its golden.
