CD Key Already in use?

Yeah everytime I try to log in now it says my cd key is already in use on this server? I just switched from Platinum to Diamond maybe that is why?

Did you buy it from gog? Are you using the key packaged with that?

Nope, I bought mine from Gamestop, and it's not giving me the banned message a friend of mine is telling me they are having the same message.

I bought mine from GameStop to and from time to time I get this as well. Even on other servers. Starting to think my cd key is not entirely unique.

Sometimes it happens if you crash out, but the gamespy/server you're playing in hasn't completely acknowledge your disconnection. Usually, restarting the game entirely helps after about 5-10min

And it's working now after doing what Clan said it's strangely because my friend bought their's from Best buy a long time ago.
