Fanmail is left outside the Drain, written in poor scrawl. It seems addressed to "the two very nice adventurers who almost helped me find my sword", several pages long. It's a wonder its writer even managed to get down here.

...that was really funny about the hugging, but we should probably talk to you both about peer pressure! It's a very dangerous problem in today's youth!...

...and then when she came after me, I thought I was a goner!...

...so I was thinking, what if you set up some sort of night's guard, and fight off vampires with the flaming halberd? I have these masks you can wear so no one knows your identity and...

A drawing is enclosed of a catman caliban and a half-orc fighting a giant, evil, slightly pudgy elf. The drawing is not very good, but it is certainly evocative.

A youthful, black-haired half-elf in a white-and-gold tabard and ulster coat sweeps into the Drain. He nods to those about before passing a parchment and sack of coin to Hoth. He then departs as swiftly and wordlessly as he arrived.

The hiring notice vanishes. A presence hefts a caliban's body onto one of the more well trodden parts of the sewers, for the rats to gnaw on; the body is missing an ear, and it's forehead is caved in.

The Gallery Below Presents - Bella's Existence, A Debate

Seeing as how recent hostilities have gotten heated, and my bluff for terror has been called, I'll give you all a chance.  A civil debate, hosted in my Gallery, on the topic of my existence. There will be three slots open to argue for and against my existence, so write me to reserve a spot soon.  I will merely act as moderator, and at the end, we'll have a little vote on the topic.  Convince the audience my life is not worth living, and I'll put my affairs in order and meet the sun.  This exciting event will occur promptly at ((6PM EST Jan 11)).  The doors will be open to all who wish to attend, space allowing.  Disrespect the neutrality of the space at your own risk, we are all guests down there after all.

[Several boxes and varied pieces of furniture have been hauled into Room #2 over the course of an entire evening.
Scraps of wood, empty canvases and colored tile have been tossed outside the door and into the hallway to be collected.]

Esoteric objects, blackened crystals, and shelves of books were moved into a room on the far end of the drain.  An elven woman in dark robes was seen aligning the objects, and from time to time an eerie gloom snaked it way out from the cracks in the doorway.

[Hallows Elf]

Yet another dark elf is seen coming and going from the room at the far end of the drain. The drow man is seen hauling crates, crystals and furnishings into the room in the dead of night. A luminescent mauve glow escapes into the hall each and every time the heavy metal door is left open as he sets to work.

... A woman garbed in Borcan style of dress enters the Drain and wastes no time in heading to the back rooms, unlocking the door to room one and after entering, shuts it behind her, bolting and locking the barrier...
