Native Conversations
« on: July 02, 2012, 07:19:03 AM »
As far as I can tell native characters still get treated as outlanders in conversations and responses reflect that, I think because years ago you couldn't choose to have a native faction if I remember correctly. Now that you can be a native of a particular realm can I suggest that conversations in stores and on npc's have a native response, giving a different conversation, and different PC responses. It would also be nice to have an appraise bonus to natives in stores (if that dosent allready happen). As far as I know all you need to do is create a new conversation path and tag it to native factions.

I agree as well. My two half-Vistani characters may as well be referred to as giogoto rather than giorgio by full-blooded Vistani.
Active characters:
Dumitru Cazan
little Gyor
Lucien Dumarchand
Pampadilampu Lalili the Harlequin

Stored characters:
Ronan Pattian
Fane Fulgeru-de-Haur: "Talent? Who needs talent?"
Maria Benga

Just the other day my baroviat pure-blood native was called outlander by an NPC local.

What an insult!! Sorry guys but I had to ignore that NPC this time, else if I wanted to stay in character I would had to slap him in the face at least risking OCR rise.

I support this with all of my heart. (My Garda was treated like an outlander in an NPC conversation... )

No promises, but will try to do this for Barovia as I need to do convos for the Wachters too.

Anyone wants to give some gritty Barovian one liners a shot for inspiration?
