Effective immediately there is a curfew in effect in all of Vallaki's jurisdiction, on Gundarakites.
Between the sixteenth hour and the sixth all Gundarakites are prohibited from being in in public locations.
This includes:
Inns
Taverns
Shops
Temples
and Streets

Those found breaking this curfew will be hanged.
Those found allowing Gundarakites in a public location after curfew will be flogged.

This ordinance will remain in effect until the capture of Rebel Captain Vigo Fejez.

An amendment to the Gundarakite Curfew has been made in light of the lack of recent hostility.
Temples and places of worship are now allowed to harbor Gundarakites during the night.

Attention!
Due to good behavior on the part of honest Gundarakite citizens and a lack of hostility over the last few months by "rebels".
The Curfew has been amended once again, Taverns and Inns are now open to Gundarakites during the evening hours.

These amendments are rewards for keeping the peace, and should in no way be taken as acquiescence.
If hostility resumes, so will the Curfew.

With this most recent attack on the Citadel in mind, it is obvious that the hope of peace from the "Gundarakite rebellion" is futile.
When the Gundarakite people are extended liberties and benefits, those privileges are exploited by the "rebellion".
Therefore I am forced, by the hostilities of the rebellion, to reenact the Curfew on all Gundarakites, indefinitely.
