Gabriel in the warehouse

This is a suggestion for the Gabriel Balcesca character in the warehouse.  One of his functions is to buy supplies for the guards from the crafters.  This leads to the suggestion that he should start buying bronze arrows & bolts as well as healing potions.

I like the idea of arrows... it would be nice to have a place to resupply as well... for garda faction members
