Since all the areas around Barovia were rebalanced towards lower levels, are the loot tables going to get looked at? I have noticed fewer loot spawns in hotspots like the Werewolf Caves, but the loot reward in the Sullen Woods is still extremely high on a good spawn of Shadows. Meanwhile, high risk areas like every area in Har Akir with the exception of the Boss Room in the Temple of Harvest have extremely low loot rewards for the difficulty of the areas.
Is there a plan to "smooth" these out, so that high risk areas yield high monetary gains, or is this done purposefully to reflect how wealthy the creatures are? (i.e. "treasure" for a Desert Troll -should- be some Warrior Sashes, a few coins, and some Ornamental Vases worth around 20 gold?)
