Lost account

I don't know if any of you recall, but when I first arrived on the server I used the account CindiAngelheart. That account had my cleric aurora on it, who I managed to get up to 14th level. Now I can no longer access the account. I am fasirly certain I have not forgotten the password since it was my first ever nwn account and I've been using it for years. I pretty much figure it's lost but wondered if I could get Aurora moved to my Taty2 account ?

I have a friend more or less in the same situation... but he doesn't know if he can't recall his password or simply lost the account.
