Citizens of Port-à-Lucine, should be aware that there is a serial killer on the loose, an obese and filthy man who is somewhere in the age of 50-60. The man has flies that swarm around him. He has pale blue eyes that are bulging with a jaundiced face. His hair was wiry and thinning.  He  often wears dirty and worn finery.

The man is dangerous, he is wanted for several accounts of murder of our fair citizens, as well as mutilation and cannibalism. Anyone with any information upon this individual should contact the Gendarme.
