To those members of the Crafting Guild with skill in wood work or bowyering. I would very much like to meet with everyone to begin establishing a price guideline. Also I would like to see what members needs are , areas of concern and ideas in general. As Steward for Bowyers I would also like to get a sense of who is interested working with other crafts to provide handles , shields and other items. There is also the question of who is looking for a market for their work. Please come see me, I want as many members heard as possible.

Attention Blacksmiths!

It seems for time I am Steward of the 'smiths of the newly formed Guild,
As such it falls to me to standardise Guild prices.
Rather then do this without the input of Vallaki's many hard working smiths,
I ask that you please make known to me the prices you would charge for your services by
sending copies of your price-lists to me at your own convenience.

Price Guidelines

It has come to my attention that the villiage idiot be telling people our guild will make prices go up. This is of course based on nothing but his habit of opposing everything I do and has no basis in reality. Our price guidelines are to ensure stabilty of prices for our customers. They are not fixed but a guide that we ask our members to stay within one quarter of wether above or below. Example a tonic listed at 100 fang could be sold to our customers at anything between 75 and 125 fang. This allows our members to price reflecting their own circumstances, high volume, low, casual crafter, full time merchant. It is not meant to force prices up or to hinder our members in making a living.

Arrows/Bolts

Iron or below : 5 fang a bundle
Steel : 200 fang
Silver : 300 fang

Crossbows

Iron or below : 400 fang
Steel : 800 fang

Bows Long/Short

Yew : 200 fang
Ash : 300 fang
Antler : 400 fang
Musk ox : 500 fang
W Stag : 1500 fang
D Horn : 1500 fang
S Wood : 1000 fang

Shields

Small steel : 400 fang
Large Steel : 600 fang
Tower steel : 800 fang
Small Chittin : 500 fang
Large Chitten: 700 fang
Tower Chiiten: 1000 fang

These prices not only reflect the cost/difficulty of obtaining materials. But also the time and skill of the smith required to make them.
I would like to thank all the Smiths who took time to give me input on the prices they sell at.

Blacksmith Guild Prices:

Armour:
3000: All armours up to an including Half-plate.
4000: Full plate
Lining for armour:
+ 1000 for Ancient Dire Crocodile Hide
+ 1000 for Chitin

Weapons
(Prices organised by class, all prices are for Steel Weapons. Other metals available on request.):

Small Class: 200-300 (Wide price range to reflect demand and temperament of the smith.)
Daggers, sickles, maces, spears, light hammers, light flails, hand axes, kamas, Short swords, kukris.

Medium Class: 500
Scimitars, rapiers, war hammers, battle axes, heavy flails, halberds, morning stars.

Military Class: 600
Long swords, katanas, great axes, dire maces, scythes.

Large Class: 850
Bastard swords, Great swords, double axes.

Two Bladed Sword: 1200

+700 For silver gilding.

Custom Jobs:
Arrowheads:
5000 for a full box, regardless of metal.

Sling Bullets:
150 Per stack of 99 (Steel)
250 Per stack of 99 (Silver)

I'd like to apologize to all involved in the guild. First with Suz joining the RVT the guild was effectively frozen until we resolved how and what to do with it. Now with the loss of Suz I most certainly will not be able to continue on with it for the foreseeable future. I appreciate and thank all who took time and energy in the project and encourage someone else to pick up the idea, as it is a worthwhile one . Even if Suz were to return I feel the current state of the Vardo would make the whole experience a nightmare if she were to be involved and think it best I simply step away all together. Also thanks to the dms that were involved and supported the idea, it was not long lived but it was at the very least entertaining for awhile.

//earlier the day, the server rejected my login name twice within a minute, than a moment later on third try it accepted. Lately due to massive number of players
and lagg i experience some strange anomalies with the server, and when i try to connect.
