I am a skilled tanner. I have not yet attempted to craft armour such as the one you seek, but I can certainly try my hand at it. I can often be found at the Decrepit Temple in the Outskirts or in the Red Vardo Services shop in the Market District of Vallaki during the night hours should you want to seek me out. I wear a red cloak with red and black armour with somewhat long black hair.
