A slender female dressed all in black with hood covering her face examines the notice very carefully, then pauses squinting as she examines the bottom of the note and snorts to herself while mumbling slightly,"be better if I tried my hand at it, at least I have been practicing for years with the tower."
With a shrug and a sigh she turns and leaves about her business, slinking off into a foggy shadow.

Alexander Silvanus.  I would be interested in learning more.  What enchantments can you provide?  Are you capable of repairing an already enchanted blade that was broken?  I would like to meet to discuss the possibilities.
